Who is the data controller
The georgian.tours website is operated by ZGVIS NIAVI, a tour company registered in Georgia. We act as the controller of personal data received through the contact form and site analytics.
We operate in accordance with the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, phone number, selected messenger and (when provided) your Telegram or VK handle, the text of your message.
Automatically from the site: technical browser data, IP address and Yandex Metrica analytics — for traffic analysis.
Purpose
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a tour, hotel or transfer: to reach you, agree the itinerary, confirm payment.
Analytics data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful to travellers and improve the service.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or pass data to third parties for commercial purposes. Technical providers whose infrastructure handles the messages and analytics: Resend (delivery of email with your enquiry), Telegram (notification to the manager), Yandex Metrica (anonymised visitor statistics).
Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and processes the data only within its technical task.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in the operator's mailbox and Telegram bot history for as long as the communication and tour preparation require. Upon your written request we remove the messages and correspondence within 30 days.
Yandex Metrica technical data is processed in anonymised form for the period set by the service.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, have it corrected or removed, and withdraw your previously granted consent to processing. This is free of charge.
