About us

ZGVIS NIAVI — the sea breeze of Kobuleti

We welcome guests on the Black Sea coast of Georgia and take them across the country's most beautiful corners. Calmly, reliably, without a rush.

“ZGVIS NIAVI” means “sea breeze” in Georgian — warm, light, the one that brings the smell of the sea from early morning. That's the feeling we build your trip around: we book hotels, plan routes and meet you as our own.

Director, ZGVIS NIAVI

Georgia is not only mountains and sea. It's the people who meet you as family. My team is here so you feel it from the very first minute.

Sincerely, Suliko M. Jincharadze

Story

Suliko started out in tourism back in the Soviet era — leading groups across Russia, where he spent a large part of his life.

In the 1990s Suliko set up a charter flight Moscow — Batumi, carrying passengers between the two countries — a rare thing at that time.

Later he came back to Georgia and decided to continue the work at home. Today ZGVIS NIAVI is decades of his experience, brought to the Black Sea coast.

What people say

Each review is real — published with the author's permission, unedited.

Four of us landed at 1 a.m. — Mindia was waiting at the exit with a sign, and the room already had water and fruit on the table. Over two weeks they took us to Gomis Mta, Mtirala and Borjomi, each time with a guide who actually knows the place, not someone reciting Wikipedia. My daughter still shows the waterfall photos to her friends.

We came as a family with two kids. Suliko met us in Batumi himself; the hotel turned out better than in photos — the balcony faces the sea directly. When my son caught a cold, a doctor arrived within half an hour. Next year — only with them.

AnnaMoscow · August 2024

Came alone, no plan. They put together an Adjara route in half an hour that matched my pace — not a tour conveyor, more like advice from a friend. We stopped at a marani, met the old men with homemade wine you won't find in any shop or market.

NikitaNovosibirsk · April 2026

Took a route for five friends: Kobuleti + Svaneti. They put it together in a day, the driver-guide told us stories you won't find in guidebooks. No questions, recommended.

ArtemSt. Petersburg · July 2025

Third season working together: all groups arrived on time, zero complaints. The contract is transparent, support is around the clock — even our own office doesn't work like that.

Igor, tour agency «Caucasus-Tour»Tbilisi · Season 2025–2026

My mother is 72, she was looking for a quiet seaside stay. Kobuleti turned out perfect — calm, warm sea. The hotel ZGVIS picked had all the care she needed. Thank you to the team.
